*Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that making a reservation for a kitten insinuates that the kitten will be taken off the market and will no longer be available to other adoptive families.

2. I understand that reservation fees are NOT REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another kitten/litter. Reservation fees are included in the overall price of the kitten I choose.

3. I understand that all kittens will remain available to other families unless and until a $500 non-refundable fee is placed to reserve the kitten I'm hoping to add to my family.

(***We prefer to start accepting deposits after we assured a healthy and viable litter. You are welcome, however, to make a deposit at any time. That deposit will be held toward the purchase of your kitten and moves you ahead of those on the waitlist  who don't send a deposit.)

4. I understand that all reservation fees are non-refundable UNLESS the Pelletiers refuse to sell me the kitten, which they are at liberty to do at any point in the process. If this happens, deposit will be returned. The Pelletiers understand that life changes can occur, and may allow me to transfer the deposit to another litter in cases of emergency. They will assess this on a situational basis.

5. I am agreeing that I am purchasing a young kitten who will grow and change into adulthood. I understand that the Pelletiers cannot guarantee the kitten's adult size, weight or changes in coloring over time.

6. I understand that this kitten must be spayed/neutered unless I have been approved for and have made an additional payment for a Breeding Rights Agreement. Breeding rights are on a case by case basis and at our discretion.

7. I understand that the available kittens will typically be homed between 10-12 weeks of age and will clearly communicate my desired form of pickup/delivery.

8. I understand that the Pelletiers are receiving many inquiries and only a deposit holds a kitten, merely saying you want one does not reserve a kitten.
